The special debug version introduces a few new improvements, which help you to find program errors.

Program reports missing R3WGA_HelpURL references. It does this by trying to locate the help file when the object in question is created. So you don't have to press F1 in every single tool or tool option to see whether the topic works or not. As soon as your tool is instanced, the debug version reports the invalid help urls for you. Note: this feature works only with .html manual format.
Program reports missing 32 bit icons. If there is no 32 bit version of certain icon avaiable in the currently selected icon set, an error is shown.
